There is no ONE way to really handle getting your heart broken.It's the fuckin WORST!Time heals all wounds.I guess you just gotta wait it out.Also I suggest  dating immediately.Nothing replaces an old love like a new one.I'm sorry this happened to you because man oh man I've been there.
